Job Description:
We have an open position for the Web Development department. An ideal candidate should hold a minimum 2 years of experience of WordPress platform. He / She will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, research, and prospect potential clients within target industries. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients. Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and product pitches.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and requirements.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and account management, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM and sales tools.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
