Job Description:
We have an open position for the Web Development department. An ideal candidate should hold a minimum 2 years of experience of WordPress platform. He / She will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools.
Responsibilities
- Expert in development with WordPress, WooCommerce
- Well versed with plugins usage and different functionalities
- Expert in e-commerce websites, shopping cart, marketing and payment integration
- Build, maintain and optimize web pages with PHP & WordPress and other CMSes
- Strong in defining & implementing WordPress coding standards and best practices
- Expert level CMS (Plugin / theme development / API) development especially in WordPress. PHP programming background to implement core WP functions
- Good with mobile-friendly versions of the site
- Familiar with Google Site Optimization techniques
Requirements
- Previous experience on WordPress Platform, HTML 5, php
- Proficiency with design tools like photoshop
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Decent written and verbal communication skills
- Should possess the ability to identify and resolve problems / challenges
- Should possess the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
